If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the unused items within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. To return an item, call, write or e-mail Dalmatian in advance to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products damaged in shipping should be claimed through the shipping company.
